Job summary

Troon is seeking a hospitality-minded bar assistant in Buckeye, AZ to support beverage service and maintain high standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English; ability to meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Excellent personal hygiene and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages, assist in inventory and cost control.
• Assist with opening/closing duties: inventory, cash handling, cleaning, restocking.
• Operate POS system and process cash transactions accurately.
• Set up and breakdown portable bars and catered events.
• Occasionally serve meals and provide guest-focused service.
• Communicate guest requests to Bartender/Manager and uphold standards.
