Job summary

Troon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time Bartender/Server to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will stock, mix, and serve beverages, assist with seasonal cocktails, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions using a POS system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and a professional, courteous demeanor. Fluency in English and knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience with POS systems preferred (e.g., POSITOUCH, MICROS).
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar and serve alcoholic beverages
• Assist in creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system
• Provide opening/closing duties including inventory and restocking
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and SOPs
