Job summary

POWDR Corp. operates Mt. Bachelor in Oregon and seeks a Bar Support Staff member for The Clearing Rock Bar. You will assist bartenders, stock and maintain the bar area, and provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent customer service, knowledge of beer, wine, and liquors, and POS system proficiency are essential. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and adherence to OLCC rules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• OLCC permit required and must be carried on shift.
• Proficient with POS systems and delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers.
• Maintain bar & dining area cleanliness and stock levels.
• Restock liquor, beer, mixers, and glassware as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service during peak hours and events.
• Assist in setup/breakdown for shifts and special occasions.
