Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is hiring bartenders to join the Mt. Bachelor Food & Beverage team. The role includes working in lodge bars of varying sizes with a focus on friendly, safe guest experiences and adherence to OLCC regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Card required.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
• Experience in a high-volume bartending role preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide outstanding service, and guide guests through the service process.
• Prepare drinks per recipes, upsell, and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately; clock in/out per policy.
• Check IDs, enforce OLCC rules, and maintain a safe, clean station.
• Assist with events, setup/breakdown, and snow removal as needed.
