Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months’ restaurant experience within the past three years.
• Effective communication skills: good auditory acuity and verbal response.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills and abilities that promote positive guest services.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods; lift up to 35 lbs.; may handle up to 140 lbs. on occasion.
• Professional demeanor in appearance and attitude toward guests and staff.
• Food Handler Certification and OLCC card required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prompt, efficient, and friendly service to guests.
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and dry goods.
• Use FIFO when storing items and ensure proper organization.
• Clean and sanitize bar areas, wipe receptacles, and mop floors as needed.
• Keep station neat and stocked; bussing and running food as needed.
• Report health/safety issues to supervisor immediately; communicate concerns to supervisor.
