Job summary

Powdr Corp. (Mt. Bachelor) invites applications for Bartenders across all lodge locations in Bend, Oregon. You will craft drinks and create a welcoming, safe, and memorable guest experience in a lively mountain setting.

Role requires OLCC permit, Oregon Food Handler’s Card, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of bartending in a high-volume venue. Flexible hours and excellent guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Card required.
• 2+ years bartending in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in a friendly environment and greet guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes; upsell and suggest promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service stations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable about beer, wine, and liquors; follow OLCC rules.
