Job summary

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience as a bar back or related hospitality role.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Alcohol Awareness card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Flexible to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders and cocktail staff in performing duties.
• Maintain daily bar setup before, during, and after shifts.
• Keep guest areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Greet guests and provide courteous service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Answer phones.
• Maintain inventory of products.
• Adhere to alcohol service guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
