Job summary

Maverick-Nv-LL is seeking a Barback to assist bartenders at Wendover Nugget & Red Garter, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include receiving and replenishing beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and supporting cost control while complying with policies and procedures. The role requires standing for long periods and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or experience in a hotel or related field.
• At least 1 year of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of internal controls, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas.
• Replenish liquor, beer and wine as needed during the shift.
• Assist with bar and lounge cleanliness and organization.
• Help maintain beverage costs and proper service standards.
• Deliver food items from kitchen to customers per service standards.
• Notify the bar manager of shortages and check glass supplies.
