HVMG is seeking a Bartender to craft classic and creative cocktails while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant hotel bar. You will engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The role rewards attention to detail and a passion for mixology within a culture of excellence.

Reporting to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor, you may advance into management paths such as bar manager or sommelier as you grow with our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience.
• Bartender certifications may be given additional consideration.

Responsibilities

• You will be the life of the party at our hotel bar, creating innovative and delicious cocktails that delight our guests.
• Your daily tasks will include mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.
• You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
• A bartending role can lead to opportunities as a bar manager or other F&B leadership positions.
