Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor for the Diamond Room in San Diego, CA. This role can be full-time or part-time and requires hospitality experience.

Pay is $29.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay. You will monitor costs, lead a team, hire and train staff, ensure compliance, and help manage inventory.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
• Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
• Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
• Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
• Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
