Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor for the Diamond Room in San Diego, CA. This full-time or part-time role offers a dynamic, high-end hospitality environment with growth opportunities.

The position pays $29.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay. You will lead beverage operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a craft cocktail setting.

What will you do?

• Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
• Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
• Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
• Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
• Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting

• 2 years of experience leading and managing a team

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
