Qualifications

• High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Take orders; promptly serve food and drink, and check in with Guests regarding their experience; up-sell whenever possible
• Record drink or food orders accurately into POS; Accept and process Guest payment and make the correct change as applicable
• Fill in as a server as directed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant
• Maintain inventory and bar supplies; assist in restocking and replenishing
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area (counters, tables, equipment, floors, etc.) always
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Wash and sterilize glassware as needed
