Job summary

The One Group is seeking a skilled bartender for a tipped, full‑time role in San Diego. You will craft cocktails, engage guests, and deliver a premium bar experience in a high-energy setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar quality, supporting food service, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding health and safety standards. Training and growth opportunities available within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume upscale bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes.
• Engage guests with menu recommendations and interactive experiences.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and perform end-of-shift cash drops.
• Set up and stock the bar, maintain sanitation, and keep it organized.
• Assist with food running and bussing when needed; support front-of-house.
