Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a Bartender/Server to support guest service by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.

You will maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and cash handling procedures, and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver timely service while upholding safety and hygiene requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide superior service.
• Take and mix orders for alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and prepare garnishes.
• Handle cash and payment transactions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Follow alcohol service laws and safety procedures.
• Open and close side work per checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
