Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 6 months related experience or training.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages and obtain alcohol awareness certification.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor; ability to interact with guests, coworkers, and management; focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service with a smile per standards.
• Communicate and suggestively sell menu offerings, products, and promotions.
• Take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per company standards.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with mixers and garnishes; ensure cleanliness.
• Handle cash, process payments, and present checks.
