Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a bartender dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences within a vibrant hotel environment.

You will mix and serve beverages, greet guests, and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws while contributing to a collaborative team culture. You will participate in training, follow brand standards, and support hotel operations as needed to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent guest interaction and service standards.
• Maintains safety and security of guests and assets.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and in person.
• Wexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks to standard recipes.
• Process payments using POS and handle transactions.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory and ensure product quality.
• Adhere to brand standards and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team to support hotel operations.
