Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional guest service and beverage preparation in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks to company standards, and ensure a clean, well-stocked bar.

The role requires knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, plus the ability to handle cash and payments accurately while maintaining safety and hygiene across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages and obtain alcohol awareness certification.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
• Ability to interact effectively with guests, coworkers, and management; focus on delivering a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service per established standards.
• Take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with mixers and garnishes; handle cash and process payments.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and clean workstation.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and equipment procedures; assist with opening/closing side duties.
• Train new bartenders and servers on company policies and brand standards.
