Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve beverages for servers and guests in a fast, friendly, and professional manner at our resort/hotel. You will follow standard recipes for cocktails and specialty drinks, maintaining a high standard of service.

Two years of bartending experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of wine, beer, liquors and drink preparation. You will handle POS and payment procedures, follow PPE and safety guidelines, and work

Qualifications

• Two years bartending experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, liquors, waters and drink preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to read/interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks for guests and servers following standard recipes and portion control.
• Provides guests a fun, high-energy environment with a memorable dining experience.
• Maintains bar setup and stocks liquor, beer, wine, juices, garnishments and glassware.
• Opens and closes bar according to SOPs; describes wines and spirits and makes recommendations.
