Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead on the floor and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop production personnel; assign work and coach.
• Meet daily production targets, efficiency metrics, and KPIs.
• Provide hands-on floor leadership and real-time direction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure GMP and OSHA compliance; maintain production records.
