Job summary

4 Rivers Smokehouse at Orlando International Airport is hiring a Co-Manager through Villa Restaurant Group. You’ll support the General Manager, lead shifts, and ensure smooth service across dining room, bar, and kitchen in a busy airport environment.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, bar experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet airport security and badge

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
Bar experience required, including knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations.
Experience training employees and leading teams during busy shifts.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to meet airport badging and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager with daily restaurant and bar operations.
Lead shifts and coordinate service between the dining room, bar, and kitchen.
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
Maintain standards for food quality, beverage preparation, cleanliness, and guest service.
Monitor inventory, beverage ordering, cash handling, and labor.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with food safety and airport security requirements.
Address guest concerns and help the team resolve issues.
Oversee operations in the General Manager’s absence.
