Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Bar experience required: beverage prep, bar operations, responsible alcohol service.
• Experience training employees and leading teams during busy shifts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet airport badging and security requirements.

Aufgaben

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Lead shifts and coordinate service between dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Maintain standards for food quality, beverage preparation, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Monitor inventory, beverage ordering, cash handling, and labor.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with safety requirements.
• Address guest concerns and help the team resolve issues.
• Oversee operations in the General Manager’s absence.
