Villa Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Supervisor with bar experience for 4 Rivers Smokehouse at Orlando International Airport. We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on leader who can organize the team, support restaurant and bar service, and create a welcoming guest experience.

You will lead shifts, coach staff, monitor quality, and ensure safety—while upholding cash handling, inventory, and alcohol service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of shift leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Bar experience is required, including familiarity with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
