Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel.
• Hands-on staff management and customer service in food and beverage operations.
• Experience handling bar service and floor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations in the bar and restaurant.
• Lead, train, and support service staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and handling special requests.
• Oversee bar and beverage operations, including inventory and stock control.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Work with management to implement promotions and seasonal menu changes.
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
