Bar Louie in Saint Charles, MO seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and collaborate closely with the General Manager. Your focus is on delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding service standards, and driving profitability.

Ideal candidate brings at least 1 year in casual dining, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish ability is a plus in crew communications.

Formación

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
