Job summary

West Temple Hospitality is seeking a Bar Prep team member in Los Angeles. You will prepare beverage ingredients, ensure quality, and keep a clean, organized prep area. You’ll support service, follow recipes, and assist with inventory and storage to maintain efficient bar operations.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with health and safety standards. Flexible schedule is often needed for events and peak hours.

Qualifications

• Must pass all required tests and training.
• Comply with health, safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper labeling of wares.
• Stand/walk for 4–8 hours and work in temperature-controlled areas.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverage ingredients according to daily requirements.
• Inspect and prep produce to meet quality standards.
• Maintain mise en place for service hours and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering when needed.
• Support bartenders and servers during service.
