The h.wood Group, a Los Angeles-based hospitality company, seeks a Bar Prep team member to prepare and maintain bar ingredients for daily service. You will work closely with the Bar Manager and bartending team to ensure timely, accurate prep of juices, garnishes, syrups, and other components in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following recipes strictly while maintaining high cleanliness standards and proper storage practices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and product rotation.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare fresh juices, garnishes, syrups, infusions, and other cocktail ingredients according to recipes.
• Batch cocktail components accurately, following recipe measurements and standards.
• Wash, cut, peel, and prepare fruits, herbs, and other ingredients for daily service.
• Label, date, rotate, and store prepared products per food safety standards.
• Monitor prep levels and communicate needs to management.
• Stock and organize bar prep areas and refrigeration.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep stations and equipment.
• Follow recipes, portioning standards, and quality-control procedures.
