Job summary

Puttery in Miami, FL is seeking a Bar Prep team member to support beverage program execution by preparing ingredients, garnishes and bar components. You will work closely with Bartenders and Culinary team to ensure a ready, high-quality bar for service.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, multi-tasking ability, and comfort in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Training provided; shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food prep, barback, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and quality standards.
• Must meet all applicable age restrictions for duties.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garnishes, fruits, herbs, juices, syrups, and cocktail ingredients per recipes.
• Batch and portion cocktail ingredients to ensure consistent quality.
• Stock and organize bar ingredients, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Assist bartenders with setup and restocking for efficient service.
• Maintain clean prep, storage, and bar areas; follow sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock or prep needs.
• Open/close procedures and general bar readiness.
• Minimize waste through proper portioning and rotation.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
