Earls Kitchen + Bar is seeking a Bar Prep to support the Bar team by preparing fresh ingredients, stocking inventory, and maintaining clean prep areas. You’ll help ensure service runs smoothly and uphold our high standards of quality.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to learn and be mentored. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States, and flexible scheduling is a plus as you contribute to guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients, mixes, garnishes, and batch recipes to standard.
• Stock and organize bar inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support Bar team by ensuring prep is completed on time.
• Use attention to detail and time management to stay ahead of daily prep needs.
