Summary: Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars, ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Essential Job Functions:
- Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages.
- Monitors pump room.
- Washes glasses, bar, and equipment, and polishes bar fixtures.
- Restocks bar snacks.
- Cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces.
- Removes empty bottles and trash.
- Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months or more related experience or training preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to see, stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to speak and hear.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast-paced and noisy work conditions.
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment.
