Role And Responsibilities

Position Summary: Porters ensure OTG guest experience by maintaining neat and presentable areas, performing basic maintenance, and restocking as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Accept and verify incoming products against invoices
• Organize and stock merchandise properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
• Inspect merchandise quality and report issues
• Fulfill and inspect orders before distribution
• Deliver merchandise within the terminal
• Maintain inventory records
• Report stock shortages and quality issues
• Follow sanitation and FIFO guidelines
• Know airport terminal and restaurant locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read invoices and count products
• Knowledge of FIFO guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs., with regular lifting of 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and push/pull carts
• Ability to stand for extended periods, including stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions
• Pay Rate: $17.65 hourly
