Job Summary

Ensure guests feel at home by organizing and stocking the bars with supplies, beverage products, and food service items.

Job Duties

1. Maintain cleanliness of all beverage areas and equipment.
2. Assist bartenders in serving beverages to guests.
3. Keep service stations and bars clean and well-stocked.
4. Replenish pump room, soda room, and change kegs as needed.
5. Assist guests courteously and friendly.
6. Stock coolers with beverage products.
7. Shovel ice from the ice machine into bins.
8. Comply with all liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
9. Perform heavy lifting tasks.
10. Run food orders in the bar area.
11. Ensure compliance with federal and state gaming regulations, including PLCB regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in smoke-filled environments.
• TIPS or RAMP certification.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain licensure by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program.
