Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary: Porters ensure the cleanliness and presentation of OTG areas, including markets and restaurants, and perform basic maintenance tasks such as restocking.

Responsibilities:

• Accept and verify incoming products against invoices
• Organize and stock merchandise properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
• Inspect incoming merchandise and fulfillment orders for quality
• Deliver merchandise within the terminal as needed
• Maintain inventory records
• Report shortages and quality issues
• Follow sanitation and FIFO regulations
• Stay informed about airport terminal and restaurant layouts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read invoices and count products accurately
• Knowledge of FIFO guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 85 pounds occasionally
• Ability to climb ladders and move carts
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather
• Pay rate: $17.65/hour
