Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Packaging Operator for the Production department in Hudsonville, MI. The role involves operating packaging lines, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on the 3rd shift (Sun evening through Thu night, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM).

The position requires safety-conscious teamwork, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to assist with filler operations as needed. It is a full-time role in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Experience with or willingness to learn packaging equipment.

Mansioni

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor performance; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure pallets are properly labeled, counted, and organized for storage or shipment.
• Assist with the Variety Pack line operations as needed.
• Maintain adequate supplies of packaging materials to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Logistics to maintain smooth production flow.
• Back up the Filler Operator by learning filler operations when required.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; maintain a clean, safe work area.
