Responsibilities

• Supervise bartenders on shift and report complaints, absences, and policy violations up the chain.
• Spend ~80% at location(s) conducting inspections, managing inventory, reporting, and training bartenders on customer service, cash handling and compliance.
• Spend ~20% on-call addressing issues such as jackpots, schedule changes and emergencies.
• Address last-minute schedule changes for bartenders and ensure regulatory compliance and cleanliness standards.
