• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~80% at location conducting inspections, managing inventory, reporting, and training bartenders on customer service, cash handling, and compliance.
• Spend ~20% on-call addressing on-site issues such as jackpots, schedule changes, and emergencies.
• Supervise bartenders on shift and report policy violations up the chain of command.
• Verify compliance with cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Count and reconcile deposit funds and prepare bank deposits.
• Generate daily orders for food, beverage, and supplies.
