Job summary

Goldbergs Fine Foods is seeking a Bar Manager responsible for directing the bar and beverage program in line with company guidelines. You will supervise the bar staff and MITs, enforce SOPs, and manage inventory, costs, and labor requirements to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role emphasizes teaching and mentoring staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and coordinating with the management team on daily operations and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supervise bar staff and MITs, in line with company policies and laws.
• Lead staff training and development; provide guidance to the management team.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures across bar and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar area is functional and meets quality standards daily.
• Monitor inventory, costs, waste, and adjust par levels as needed.
• Coordinate bar schedules to meet labor cost guidelines and business needs.
• Maintain sanitation and health standards; ensure safety for guests and staff.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing bar staff and MITs.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance feedback to employees.
