• Schedule and direct staff in work assignments; interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline staff.
• Interact with customers to promote hotel facilities and services; resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality and service standards; verify temperatures, appearance, and prep methods; guide improvements.
