Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate is required.
• Front of House and Back of House management experience.
• 3+ years of restaurant experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to motivate employees and work as a team.
• Maintains calm, tactful demeanor under difficult situations.
• Adhere to Uniform Attire & Appearance standards.
• Completes all ongoing certifications (LTO, new menu, etc.).
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Knowledge about beer, wine, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers.
• Manage and track inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Review product quality and research new vendors.
• Train and supervise bar staff so they are knowledgeable about product and policies.
• Oversee the bar area cleanliness and health/safety compliance.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Open/close procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
• Uphold company policies, brand image, and culture of excellence.
• Monitor beverage preparation, presentation, and quality against recipes.
• Report facilities concerns to General Manager and coordinate maintenance.
