Job summary

Sinatra Bar & Lounge and Southern Turf Club in Nashville seek a Bar Manager to lead beverage programs, manage on-floor service, and drive financial performance. You will supervise bar operations, train staff, control costs, and ensure top-tier hospitality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, shift coverage, and collaboration with Culinary, Events, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous bar management or high-level beverage leadership experience in upscale, fine-dining or high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and beer; hospitality leadership is essential.
• Ability to train and develop bartenders and barbacks while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations for Sinatra and Southern Turf Club.
• Manage beverage inventory, costs, and pars; ensure proper stock and waste control.
• Lead the Bartender and Barback teams; participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching.
• Develop and maintain cocktail programs, menu changes, and staff training materials.
• Coordinate beverage needs for events and private functions; work with Events and Ops leadership.
