Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to hotel standards.
• Serve guests with beverage requirements in a courteous and professional manner.
• Break down bar after functions and store liquor and supplies properly.
• Follow all state liquor laws and hotel policies.
• Be familiar with hotel services and facilities.
• Respond to guest problems, complaints and accidents.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and tidy during service.
