Job summary

Historic Tours of America is seeking a Bartender for the Key West location as part of the KWCS team. As the first point of contact, you’ll entertain guests, describe beverage options, and provide prompt, friendly service before they reach their tables.

Responsibilities include crafting drinks to recipes, handling payments at the register, and maintaining product knowledge. Must be 21+, with prior bar/restaurant experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant and/or bar.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable KWCS experiences for guests by entertaining guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks to spec recipes and process payments on the register.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all beverages and mixers.
• Answer guest questions politely and provide recommendations.
• Handle cash and sales transactions using the POS system and ensure accuracy.
