Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are well-versed in craft cocktails and high-volume craft cocktail environments.
• Experience with beer and wine service preferred and ability to create and execute craft cocktails.
• Ability to train others and contribute to menu updates and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Assist in updating beer/cocktail/wine menus with accurate descriptions.
• Train staff to craft cocktails and maintain high service standards.
