Bazaar Meat by José Andrés Group seeks a Bar Manager to lead our beverage program, commanding the bar team, ensuring exceptional cocktail execution, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a high-volume luxury setting.

You will oversee inventory, cost controls, staff training, shift leadership, and collaboration with culinary and corporate beverage leadership. The role requires nights, weekends, holidays, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bar management in upscale or fine dining.
• Expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and service standards.
• Proven cost control, inventory and ordering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Bazaar Meat's beverage program and supervise the bar team.
• Oversee inventory, cost targets, ordering, and vendor relations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate bartenders; conduct pre-shift meetings and education.
• Collaborate with events, culinary team, and corporate beverage leadership.
