Job summary

Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations across our outlets. This hands-on leader will oversee service, mentor the team, maintain beverage standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

You will drive service excellence with F&B and hotel leadership, manage costs, and uphold the property’s renowned hospitality. A strong bar presence, team development, and guest focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bar leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Strong beverage knowledge across wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, including opening/closing, service, and shift transitions.
• Coach, mentor, and develop bartenders and bar staff to raise service standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Rooms, Events, and Engineering on guest experience.
• Ensure beverage quality, timing, and presentation meet hotel standards.
