Hotel Saint Vincent by MML Hospitality seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations across outlets, mentor the team, and uphold exceptional beverage standards. You will work closely with F&B leadership to drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a robust bar presence, and extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails, with flexibility for evenings and weekends in a luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bar leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Strong bar presence with leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive beverage knowledge across wine, spirits, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, opening/closing, pre-shift meetings, service execution, and shift transitions.
• Maintain a visible bar presence; oversee guest concerns and service recovery.
• Monitor labor, cash handling, inventory, ordering, and expenses to protect quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service across bar, dining, host stand, and kitchen.
