You will manage purchasing, inventory, labor, payroll, budgets, and vendor relationships, while developing staff and supporting management decisions to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of high-volume F&B management experience.
• Experience in beverage program leadership, standards, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, payroll, and vendor relationships.
• Strong staff training, scheduling, and coaching skills.
• Experience with MICROS or similar POS systems; MS Office suite.

• Oversee beverage program and bar team; ensure service standards.
