Soho House manages a premier club environment and seeks a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program and bar team, ensuring top-quality drinks, service, and guest experience while meeting budget goals.

The role involves hiring and training staff, maintaining licenses, managing inventory, planning events, and driving profits with a focus on quality and safety. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising and managing a high-volume F&B operation.
• Proven track record of leading a professional, efficient operation.
• Experience managing P&L’s, coaching and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the beverage program from product to process and staff development.
• Maintain beverage cost KPI’s and profitability as determined by metrics.
• Ensure quality control and consistency in menus and processes by the beverage team.
• Front-of-house presence with members and guests, expanding knowledge of the member experience.
• Support bar and floor staff; scheduling coordination and co-management responsibilities.
• Ensure procedures and standards are followed and staff are trained on options with guests.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and efficient bar operations.
• Organize regular team meetings and trainings to develop product knowledge and service steps.
