Qualifications

• 1+ years of bar management experience in a high-volume, full-service concept.
• Strong knowledge of German/European beer styles and willingness to teach others.
• Experience managing cocktail and wine programs.
• Proven leadership developing bartenders and building strong teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, beverage costing, and financial performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to remain calm and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Toast, MarginEdge, Resy, 7shifts, Paylocity, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Cicerone/WSET or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations with exceptional hospitality and service standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
• Oversee a German and European beer program with proper storage and presentation.
• Develop cocktail, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage programs with leadership.
• Conduct beverage education on beer styles, techniques, and responsible service.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relations.
• Manage beverage cost, pour cost, waste, and profitability through systems.
• Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
