Job summary

Stars and Strikes is seeking a Manager to lead the Concourse Experience at our high-volume, family-friendly center. You will drive sales, oversee bowling and service operations, and create memorable guest experiences while training and guiding a diverse team.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of management experience, a friendly, professional demeanor, and comfort working weekends and holidays. Hospitality or Food & Beverage background is a plus as you uphold our fun, guest-focused culture.

Manager Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
