We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar in West Chester, Ohio. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and customer service, as well as ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Experience using Toast point of sale system is a plus.

We offer vacation time, catastrophic insurance coverage, free access to our gym/workout area, and full membership to Premier Shooting & Training Center! Starting pay will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise bar staff
• Create staff schedules and assign duties
• Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase business while consulting with ownership
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations - Safe Serve Certification is a big plus
• Track sales and revenue
• Handle cash and credit card transactions as needed
• Create and enforce policies and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a bar manager or restaurant supervisor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of bar operations and procedures
• Experience using Toast point of sale system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work nights and weekends
